    look at the upper ss.....459 marvelous, 167 perfect, 35 great and 1 boo....96.2 million.... look at the lower one now.....482 marvelous, 151 perfect, 29 great....but only 95.9 million?.....

    The end of the song is worth a ton more points than the beginning, for whatever reason.

        Yeah DDR scoring (and thus SM scoring as well) is stupid and each successive arrow is worth more points. So greats in the beginning affect your score very little, but greats at the end affect your score a lot.
        Reach: there was this bee. i hate bee\'s...i tryed to kill it, but then it didn\'t die and it started making weird noises so i was like oh (#$% hes gonna sting me. i started running but i triped over some rock and rolled down a hill into the river.

            Makes sense to me, you want to put more pressure at the end. It also give the player a little leniency as they get used to the song, and makes things more open for comebacks in versus mode.
