SM error when opening the game

Ok, so when i click on Play StepMania 3.9, i get this image

I clicked view log and somewhere in the middle, it says:

Is there anyway i can make my video card work without buying a new computer or something for my computer?

I suggest you to re-install DirectX/Video Driver/Stepmania.

ps RIVA TNT2 is like 10 years old O.o
