Ok, I always wanted to know, is it possible to print out a stepchart that is created? By some how taking the dwi and converting it to give a visual display? It would be helpful in creating a chart I am creating! ^^' Since this is technically my first step chart created on my own from scratch.

This is true. If you want to see full visuals of simfiles, register here:
After locating any simfile, you simply click on the difficulty number in the box to display the chart. Once this is done, you can print out that web-page.
If you can't see the number of difficulties, that simply means the uploader chose not to do so in uploading his/her visual chart.

Well I know I can find official step chart, layouts! but I would like to know if there was something out there than can make a visual step chart of any simfile?Comment

Yes, that's the site.
It can do ANY simfile. These aren't official sims; these are player-made.
If you want it to display your step charts, simply insert the ZIP again after uploading in the "edit" area of bemani. After doing so, view your simfile page to click on the difficulty number. There, it will show the level of the song.Comment
