Problem making Simfiles in Stepmania

Okay, I was using the lazy way of making a simfile by using CTRL+R (Record), and I played the song through, but now, the arrows automatically hit themselves, and I dont know how to fix it.

IS there a way to fix it or...do I have to go start over and do it properly?

Autoplay is on. Press F8 when playing it.

i use record >.> to figure out somewhat of how the steps are going to go xD
