What are characters and how do you use them in the game/download them?

and
I'm looking for some songs to put on my game. Anyone please give me links to good simpacks and simfiles?

Characters are no longer used in the game.


You could always go to the Simfile DB for some songs, but get permission from the original artist before using them in a game.
