The rar file contains:
Stepmania 3.9 rc3
Ridiculous timing installed (it can be shut off in gameplay options)
7 different ridiculous graphics
A smaller combo text so it won't get in the way when you have 1000+ combo (if you want the original just replace it with the original file, it's included)
No songs/stepfiles are included
i have removed the explosion you get when you hit an arrow and have more than 100 combo, the song's background will show up behind your score (like this, thanks to John11), added a couple of noteskins and probably a couple more things that i don't remember.
I like it very much, It has 64 speed mods, so you won't have to go through the trouble of adding speed mods.
