Im not sure if i posted this in teh right spot but can someone turn a music file i have one my comp (i will send over aim ir msn) into a song for stepmania/ FFR that plays on medium and hard?

Your question is a bit unclear to me, so I'll just give you multiple answers.
If you want to make steps for stepmania, go to this tutorial:

If you already have the song stepped, go here to see about submitting it to FFR:

If you've made some music on your computer using DJ software, or recorded your band playing or whatever, and would like to have a fellow FFR member put some steps to your music, go to this forum (read the stickies, please):

Do keep in mind that if you didn't make the song, and you're not doing the steps, you get no credit.
