SM 4.0 Error D:

well, i just switched from 3.95 to 4.0, well, at least i tried to, something isnt working, i re-installed it a few times, i dont know whats wrong, i dont understand the error either =/

can anyone help?

Idk, I never got that error, but my 4.0 just plain wont start. -.- I gave up on it.
