Stepmania CVS Question

I'm trying to download Stepmania CVS for my Mac (Ugh, I know) and I've been able to download a version of that, but it doesn't seem to have the folder that contains the subfolders in which I can put my songs, courses, noteskins, themes, etc. Does anyone else know how to find this folder/how to create a folder to work with my Stepmania CVS?
