Im Making A New Theme
To whom this may concern (you the reader)
I am currentlly making a NEW theme i call "NEONmania" so far the graphics arent perfect yet. Also I will NOT be releasing NEONmania Version numbers 1 and 2 because 1 they are really bad graphic wise and 2 they dont ENTIRELY support avi's and some banners and bg banners but im currently making NEONmania version 3. after it is opperable i will put up pictures. k?
