Screen Recorder

I was wondering what the best place to get a screen recorder for SM and FFR. I've tried Fraps and Game Cam but they all suck and lag alot.
If someone can give me some links of sites that is freeware and does not lag.

If they lag a bunch, your video card sucks.

Fraps would probably be your best bet, but I dunno any good free ones.

HyperCam's pretty good for FFR, but it does lag Stepmania a bit. At least, that's the case on my computer.
