Is there anywhere I can download Winzip for free? Or are there any other programs for unzipping files. For Stepmania obviously

Sorry man. You can't download WinZip for free. You either buy the package, or it comes with your computer, because it is meant to be in your hard drive when you buy your PC. But, if you buy an average computer, it probably won't come with it, so you might have to buy it.
