I downloaded some ITG noteskins for SM, but they are .smzip files. So I went to the "NoteSkins" folder and in the "dance" folder and made a new one called "Cel". So the location would be like this: H:\Stepmania\NoteSkins\dance\Cel with the .smzip in it. I placed the .smzip file in that folder and started SM, but the noteskin is still the same as before. I have never added noteskins before, can anyone help?
