Okay, so I was getting some songs off bemanistyle.com and stuff. 8 songs downloaded, but went I open DWI, it only showed 6. The following were missing:

This was very odd to me. I closed DWI, went and quintuple-checked to make sure they were in their correct spots and no files were missing. They both had their mp3s, and their .DWIs. and were in the right folder and the folders were in Songs/Default/, where they should be.
I went back to DWI, and when it started, it said at the top "8 songs available". I went to arcade mode, and they still werent there. I checked Records, and oddly enough they WERE listed there, with no high score or rating. This puzzled me.
I closed DWI, and decided to check DWI2-List.(whatever it was, I think .htm). I looked there, and sure enough, they were listed. But here's what's odd: Funky Radio had no foot ratings. I mean, there was nothing where there should have been a chart with foot ratings. Not even dash marks, it just didnt exist. And the .DWI is there, I guarantee that. Then Rythm and Police seemed perfectly fine, just like all the others, with something like a 12-foot rating under Challenge and dash marks through everything else.
So I closed that, and decided to check DWI again to verify all this. But something happened. The split second I opened DWI, it went all screwy!
Where the big DWI logo should have been, there was now a bunch of big white letters scrolling ultra-fast at an unreadable speed, as was all the other things. Where it should have said "Options" and "Aracde Mode" and all those others, there was a bunch of gibberish scrolling really fast. And worse, the mouse and keyboard froze up. However, it was still playing the Main Menu tune. Every 60 seconds or so I would have control of the mouse again, I tried to click on something, anything, but I couldnt open anything. I tried Ctrl-Alt-Delete 3 times, and it wouldnt register. Tried Esc as well, with the same results. Finally after a long time I hit the Esc button I heard the main menu music fade away, meaning the game quit. However, main menu screen and the scrolling gibberish stayed up and I still couldnt open anything or Ctrl-Alt-Delete. I gave up and reset the computer. I have not logged back into my computer and I am posting this from another cpu.
What should I do? What's wrong with it?
I have Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 4, Internet Explorer 6, and GeForce 4 Ti4200. Thats all I can remember off the top of my head.
