Stepmania simfile HELP!!!!

i tried to make a simfile.But when i putted a song in the stepmania/song/mymusic/(songsname) it didn't appear when i started stepmania up when i tried to make the steps or the song it self.can anyone tell me how to make a simfile or if I did a mistake.Plz

Go to Start Menu>All Programs>Stepmania>Stepmania tools and packages explorer. Say create a song at the bottom and pick your MP3. Then read this.
