    how do you do it?

I am wondering how everybody got so good on sm. Like reach, pivateer and everybody else. Is there like a special song you practice on or something, cause i really stink(sorta). I can see how you can get every arrow when they are going so fast across the screen.

Moogy is right, practice is the key. Playing basically includes 3 elements: timing, reading, hitting.

With practice you get experience in reading arrows. You'll notice patterns and soon enough, you can read every arrow on the screen (when it's going at a reasonable speed). You'll find that songs like Winter and Aerodynamic will help you. They may not be the best songs, in terms of quality, but they have a good variety of notes.

Hitting arrows comes with reading. Again, practice will help them become second nature. The only time you might have trouble is if you play one hand where the possibility of being physically limited could come into play.

If your timing sucks, there isn't much you can do. All I can suggest is eventually paying much more attention to hitting them on the dot. A good trick is to set your judge difficulty to 6 and then switching back to default after playing a few songs. Don't worry too much about timing. It might be a concern later when you get to a certain skill level, which is when you should deal with it.

The faster the arrows are moving, the better your timing will be. Not only that, but you can also read the arrows better. You should select a speed mod that will multiply the BPM to about 500. It differs from person to person. With more practice, the higher the speed mods you can choose, which results in better timing.

And that's a quick rundown of improving.

um....i haven't tried winter yet, but Aerodynamic is really easy. I am better than that. I can beat for ffr on ffr and stuff, but i don't understand how you can pull of combos on uber rave and caprice and stuff.

              Watch the triple post...

Anyway, Winter is the type of song you should try and tackle. Play it on a slower music speed to get a feel for it.

ok, another one i have trouble with is Classic 8 on parts.

I could beat winter, except that part in the middle. HTat is the only part that troubles me in winter.

No matter how hard I practice, I'll never be able to pass Blur.

to make screenshots, when you get a score you like, go and opress the Print SCreen button on your keyboard. I believe it is above the insert key. then, go to paint or something and click PASTE, save it, and you've got your screen shot.
