    DWI Coding

    I am currently making a program that reads simfiles for my computer science class at school. I was just wondering how to make simfiles, like what numbers make what arrows. I'm new to this and barely know anything at all. I don't want to make stepfiles, I just need to be able to translate them. Thanks.
