Press F3 during the attract screens to change the Coin Mode back to Home.

Additionally, you can get directly to the options menu again at any time by hitting the scroll lock key. This is the "operator button" with the default keyboard mappings.

At least I think this is your problem.

that was my first one but not anymore. yesterday i couldnt see the gameplay options after picking my song. they were invisible. i started all over and now i have everything regular but the after gameplay scoring. its one grade lower than what it should be usually.

i re installed and now my problem is that my grade at the end of playing a song is 1 less than usual. ill provide a ss soon.
