Yes, just set up the two key configs in options, then when choosing which play still, choose "2-player", I forget how you get that option to appear instead of "solo" and "single" but I've done it before, try hitting some buttons / arrows for it to appear.

Well anyway, once you do that, just pick a song and use the keys you've set up for each other. I've played two player before, fun.

ive done it where i had a controller for one player and keyboard for the other , but u could make two player like the original arrows and 1st player be like a,s,d,w.

lol i tried that and when my friend started losing he pounded the keys really hard and made the entire thing shake, making me lose my combo and the game. my vote, let the other person use a controller.

Oh, great. Multiplayer.

Yea, RapingDragon covered it. You get the multiplayer modes by pressing player 2s enter button. Just be careful if you can only press 3 keys at a time on your keyboard...

Playing vs against yourself is fun. Especially if you're playing two seperate charts.

You can also play against other people online with SMO
