Removing Health, scorebar, ect...

Is there any way to remove these, so the only thing that shows is the dancing character and the arrows?

Yeah, but it would require graphics work. Just find and replace all of those images with 1x1 pixels of transparency.

Also, you'd have to clear out the letters graphics as well.

If you do this, make a copy of your theme so you don't ruin the original.
