How do i create a song?
Ok, i can create a song and sync it on stepmania but how do i change the arrow speed for the song without speeding the song up or going to player options and than change the rate to 2.5 3 4 8?

If what I think you're trying to say is right:
You're trying to increase the arrow speed w/o touching the BPM or using player options? The only answer I can think of for you, would work only in edit mode, and that would be to hold down the CTRL button and pressing up or down while holding CTRL. If this isn't what you're trying to figure out, elaborate a little bit more.
