I recently bought a metal ddr mat http://www.keepgaming.com/ddr/super_arcade.htm this is a link. And a converter to usb. I cannot get it to work, my pc recognizes it but buttons will not work. Any help?

*sigh* Stepmania wouldn't reconize it that easily as your computer will.
So you go to options and change your joymap settings, highlight one of the options as a key with enter, hit the button on the pad that stands for it.
Then it should hopefully work.
And if we aren't talking about stepmania, sorry but I dont know

Correct me if I am wrong, but i don't believe pads work with FFR.Comment
