The image files aren't set to a Transparent option.
I'm not sure how exactly but you'll have to edit the image files directly to allow transparency.

If you made it/edited it in paint that'll happen. You have to edit it in a program that allows transparency (I edit mine in Photoshop).Comment

I think you missed a few of the up+left arrows, but that shouldn't be a problem unless you play solo, and who the hell plays solo anyway?
