I think a good theme is KatzeExtreme. It has all modifiers and has the nice look of DDR Extreme(JP).

Holy cow this is so old that Kevin posted....

I use the DDR9: RED theme myself, but you cant play Oni mode on it ....I like the DDR EXTREME one and Im thinking of getting the DDR EXTREME 2 one.

I like LTF Mix, Cyberia Style, and AOI Project Blue. I switch between them every once in a while (a.k.a. when I get bored of them)
