SMO problem

Ok, so, I went to stepmaniaonline.com and did all the steps in the SMO wiki to learn how to get SMO to work.. so I did. Then I came to a stop, because it said I needed to go to from the Main Menu to:

>Options
>Network Options

And there's no Network Options..

Did I do something wrong? I need help, please.. I hope this doesn't get locked.. xD

You using SM 3.9 or 4.0?

4.0 I don't have a clue about.
3.9 it's third from bottom in options.

I wasn't aware 3.9 ever had network support.
It would be easier to get SM4.

Well, I tried downloading SM 4.0, and it didn't work.. uhm.. actually.. let me go download it again.. just to make sure if it works now.

EDIT: It keeps saying.. fatal error during installation. Wtf?

Very helpful.. at least I know there's a 3.95, but where? Where as in.. where in the website.. all I see is the download for 3.9 and 4.0.. and older versions.
