SM question please help

I just kinda need the steps to putting a song from my "archives" into SM so I can stepfile it....I just dont know how to make my song into a .dwi I have the mp3 and I'm making a background I just need to know how to make it so I have a .dwi also so i can upload the song on to SM and stepfie it so I can upload it here
