I am working on a simfile right now and I need someone to make the background and banner. The reason for this is I dont have photoshop and any background made with paint sucks.

If I like and decide to use it, whoever made it gets to try the file before i release it.

In Nomine... (those periods are actually in the title of the song)
The artist is Adagio.
Edit: File is finished, I will not release unless I have a banner and background.
