I use zx./, but it's a matter of personal preference and finding a setup you're comfortable with
some people like their fingers spread out extremely far, so they'll use qw and 89 on the numpad. Other people like their hands right next to each other, so they'll user fghj or something. Just experiment and find something you're comfortable with.
Well, I put all of them on the arrow keys, with two different hands. I have to turn to the right a little but I go:
Right middle finger on up arrow
Right index finger on right arrow
Left index finger on left arrow
Left middle finger on down arrow.
Different, but that's how I like it.

using zx as left down is usually the most comfortable for you left hand when playing spread, but it's annoying because sometimes you hit the windows start button and screws you over for your song. =\
