Go into the folder of the theme you want to add a CMod to and open the metrics file. Do a search for # Player Options which should bring you something like this:

# Player options
Speed=11
SpeedDefault=mod,1x,no randomspeed
Speed,1=mod,0.25x;name,x0.25
Speed,2=mod,0.50x;name,x0.50
Speed,3=mod,0.75x;name,x0.75
Speed,4=mod,1x;name,x1
Speed,5=mod,1.5x;name,x1.5
Speed,6=mod,2x;name,x2
Speed,7=mod,3x;name,x3
Speed,8=mod,4x;name,x4
Speed,9=mod,8x;name,x8
Speed,10=mod,C200;name,C200
Speed,11=mod,C400;name,C400

To add, for example, C500 you would have to add the line

Speed,12=mod,C500;name,C500

onto the end, and change the top line from

Speed=11

to

Speed=12

Repeat this for every speed mod you wish to add, using C### for a CMod and x### for a xMod.

Next open the languages folder, which is in the theme's folder, and open the 'english' file. (Or whatever language you're using), and find all the Speed Mods. (I can't remember the name of the exact heading, and my language folder is modified a lot.)

Add [NewMod]=[NewMod] at the bottom of the list, where [NewMod] is the Speed Mod you wish to add, for example, with C500 you would add a line at the bottom of the list saying

C500=C500

And I think that's all of it. Reply here if you have any problems.
