do u know how to center the position of the arrows @ stepmania 3.9

i saw it at a movie on youtube that the arrows are not on the left side...

Turn the 'Solo Singles' option on.

You can also download the ridiculous timing mod, after it is downloaded it automatically moves the arrows to the center, but it resets all your settings.
