Zagh is teh 1337 simfile creator. I like his sims more than everyone elses (sorry gamepro).

It's pretty hard to rate because everyone has their own style :P. But some of the really good ones are:

A file's goodness is mostly based on opinion.

Based on personal taste (and excluding myself since I usually make stuff based on what I like)

Not too many other people have made more than one or two files that I like playing.

I'm hoping that in a few months I'll have gained enough XP to be able to make greater simfiles and maybe even be on people's lists as simfilemaker (Been making simfiles seriously since March).
