The last time I tried note+ it didn't work at all for some reason. (it was the one off stepmaniathings.com)

Excel+, based on ITG 2's Cel noteskin.

Same colors as note except the 48ths and 64ths are colored correctly according to the SM Editor.

Of course there are multiple ones. There's one for each kind of note (ie each color).

btw I personally use plain old Cel, it works great for me I'll try Excel+ though, sounds interesting
