I have been having a big problem with StepMania lately. I can't seem to get through even one song, without it starting to think I pushed keys that I didn't and didn't think I pushed keys that I did, and it's so messed up that I fail the song, and with fail off, it still thinks I'm pushing buttons until about 5-10 seconds after I stopped pushing anything. Any suggestions?

could be a lot of things:
dying computer
worn out keyboard
a bug in the coding encryption.

im not quite sure, google stepmania troubleshooting or faq's to get an answer
