My hand stopped working

So, maybe a week ago I got better at stepmania. For the past 3 or 4 days though, my hand has literally stopped working (while playing stepmania), I don't have enough stamina to pass strangeprogram, I can barely mash through reality which I used to consistently get over 80million on.

Has anyone had this happen? The top of my left arm also hurts now that i played strangeprogram and shind bad (wow hard songs!). And knows how long this takes to go away? Or are my stepmania days over?

Play some easy sims or just ignore sm for a while till you feel better.

If it still hurts: I dunno, SEE A DOCTOR?! O_O

ha, yeah, the stepmania disease (equals too much free time on the computer disease)

It happens if you play too much. It's happened to me too. Just take a few days off of StepMania and you should be feeling fine. But, if it isn't better after a week or so, do what Bursurk_Lurk said and see a doctor. You probably messed something up if that's the case.

Well, I was thinking about it today, and I was very cold while I was thinking of it. I realized, that since my whole body was cold, my hands didn't feel cold! So I put them in hot water for liek 5-10 minutes today and it made it quite a bit better.

My stamina is still down, but I think its mostly the change in weather. :<

Stop playing for a week but think about it everyday. When you go back you'll be much better.
