C600?

I was just curious, but on my Stepmania it only goes up to C400... so how are some people getting C500, C600, C700 (think I saw one with C690...)? I'm sure it's probably a noobish question, but usually I have to do 3x or 4x... C600 would be a lot easier...

I guess what I'm asking is HOW DO I GET IT?!?! Thanks in advance for any help
