scores not saving??

I have a problem with stepmania. The majority of the songs will not save their scores. Very few of them will. Does anyone know how to fix this??

Perhaps you have save scores off. Second page of options, very bottom.

No they are set On. it just seems that very few of the songs want to save their scores.. some of them do some of them dont.

Your scores won't save if you get an E. Also, your highest score will be saved if you are on event mode, but it won't rank unless you are on normal game mode.

lol i know scores wont save if you dont pass it. Im talking about songs I pass with flying colors and they wont save their scores even ones i play that I get b's or c's on wont save. I made a profile in the game.. made sure the save score option was turned on. Ive asked this question everywhere and no one seems to know what is wrong. Right now about 10 of about 70 songs will save their scores. and ive played 90% of those songs so I dont know why some songs will save their scores and some wont.

scores dont save for difficulties past challenge (thats called oni right?) that might be the problem

lol nope. thats not the problem either. i usually dont play anything past challenging. although I did notice that some songs will only save thier scores if you have little turned off.. which i think is stupid but whatever. but there are still a bunch of scores that wont save i dunno whats wrong with my game lol.

Try reinstalling SM (make sure it's RC4), cause that's not normal...

i just downloaded the newest version of 3.9 and the scores are still being silly so im just going to ignore it because I give up. I even e-mailed them and they didnt help.

Your scores aren't saving because you're using mods to increase/decrease the number of arrows that the song has, which can give an obvious handicap.

like i said thats stupid because in the actual game the scores still save even if you have little turned on.

but as i said. even with no mods the scores still dont save for most of the songs so I dont know whats wrong with it.

Make a profile, under options > profile, and use it.

I already said that I made a profile. and I have been using it. So thats not the problem either.
