Lazy bum. Some people spend hours sitting there, making sure everything's perfect. And you want something that does it for you? If you're not going to bother to sit there and be creative, don't bother making a stepfile at all.

There is an automatic step generator out there somewhere. I forget what it's called, but use the search function on the forums and you may be able to find the old topic about it.

And all your dumbasses just calling him stupid and not being helpful: stfu. If you're not gonna at least answer his question shut the hell up. Some people use the autogen tool to get the BPMs right for songs that aren't done electronically. I would step plenty of songs if I used the autogen, but I would definitely go through the autogen steps and fix them up and add things it doesn't. I would mainly just like the BPMing part of it.

Maybe he has a bunch of songs and simply doesn't have enough time on his hands/isn't skilled enough to make the stepfiles.


Anyway, I'd like a link too, but I'd do some editing of the stepfiles since there's no way an autogenerator could be perfect.

Quality simfiles are made through lots of work, it's a given fact. I'm sure he knows this.

yes yes, i make lots of simfiles, just that it would be nice if i could make some quick and easy (i obviously wouldnt upload them cuz they wouldnt really be my work)

o yea and, why do some of my stepfiles start to go a all choppy and lagged in the previews and during play?

you could just gut a music maker and look at the bpm and were certain notes are then make the steps to them.
