Background Images

I want to know how to make a background image for SM/DWI. I need a background for the song PARANOiA (NES Remix) If you could make it for me or tell me how to make it, it would help.

If you have an image, just convert it to .png, with MSpaint or anyother image creating/viewing program(but I think other image formats work too.) I'm really not that sure.
