There's also Xstep (which sucks big time) and a program which auto generates steps (sucks even more).

There's also notepad. No one uses that anymore though because it's a bitch to code it.

StepMania has a built-in editor. It's all you'll ever need.I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak.
