I have a question and i need some help

Whenever i try to download a noteskin or theme for stepmania, i always get the error message that MFC71.DLL was not found and it tells me to try and reinstall the application. So i reinstall stepmania and the problem still comes up. So can anybody help me out here?

This is a common problem with RC3.
