When I see ss of scores and stuff, it says like C700, Note+. And I was wondering if it was the same as Note or different and I wanted to know how to get it because I can not seem to find it in the options.

Note+ is a noteskin. You can change it in the options (maybe Graphic Options, I'm not sure which one it is).

It is the same as note except it's more colorful.
