This is one of my personal favorites. It's in Japanese but it's easy to figure out even if you don't know the language. It's like DDR but you use the space bar as well as the arrow keys. I think that this is one of the best!

Hmmm. Suprisingly, this game is pretty fun to play. It will definitely make you learn how to play with one hand for sure.
