I'm looking for a theme for...don't know what game. The Arrows look like rectangles and they go into another rectangle for the receptor. When you press a button, the side of that screen flashes, kind of like in o2 Jam. I want this theme because I think the flashing effect is awesome :P Where can I find it or something like it?

I have it but when I tried reinstalling it it didn't work and crashed my SM. I'll look for it again.
