Always some sort of problem

I load the songs into the folders properly, but when I try to play them, SM minimizes and gives me this error:
Could not read metric 'NoteDisplay - DrawTapOnTopOfHoldHead' from 'NoteSkins\dance\default\metrics.ini'

I've already reinstalled it over 10 times.
Any ideas?

What version of SM are you guys using? you could always try and update to the newest version if you haven't already.
