Whenever I hit an arrow, it generally doesn't recognize it. I mean, I can get through a few easy levels. But I hit it and it says I didn't at times. Is there a way to Sync the songs to my playing style or not?

Syncing a song only changes how early/late all the notes come relative to the song.
What kind of timing ratios are you getting?

You can try turning off the caps lock if you're having trouble hitting multiple arrows at the same time. Either that or your compy is a lil slow. I can't stand playing SM anywhere else but my own computer. =/Comment
