About DWI, i need someone to please either tell me where to find WinACE so i can start using it or to tell me what files from the compressed file go in where.
You should be able to decompress the files in their proper folders using WinZip if you use the WinZip Wizard to extract the files to a folder. What's the point of downloading WinACE?
