When i play stepmania i can only press 2 arrows no more cuz it wont read them is it the keyboard or is it stepmania can any one help me fix it.

Lots of keyboards do that. You would need to buy a new one.

try turning off num lock...sometimes works for me.

If you're using ZX,. or similar, switch to the number row (1290) which is the same as turning off num lock if you're using the pad.
