Having Trouble Adding Songs!

ive read the instructions for stepmania over and over but i still cant figure out how to add songs! so if someone could please give me more clear directions than the ones that were previously given to me that would be great.

(stepfile and song etc)->(file in song section in stepmania folder)

k you take the song file. click extract. then choose the folder inside your C:/Program Files/StepMania/Songs/new folder here. they will extract into this folder and now become playable in sm... instructions 101.
