I dont know what i did but on the main menu of my sm i have no opitons i put it on free play or sum thing and now i cant chooseoptions are game modes or anything how do i get it to go back to normal

Press F3 until it comes to Coin Mode: HOME in the upper left.

If I remember correctly you can also hit the Scroll Lock button on your keyboard to enter the Options screen.
