How do you access multiplayer mode and couple mode? All I can play right now are single and solo.

define the player2 keys.

I don't know which ones are the second player keys. When I try to define the keys, there are 3 coulmns to the left and 3 to the right for each key. Which one is which?

Even after defining the keys, it wont allow the other modes. Do I have to define all 6 columns with keys?
EDIT: Nevermind, I got it. You have to define the menu keys, too. Then press start with both players at the difficulty select.
